If you are wondering about a charge on your credit card or bank statement, you may look up your transaction history by completing the steps below:
- Click on your Settings in the upper right-hand corner
- Click My Account from the drop down menu
- Locate Account Status and then click the View Account Status link
- On the next screen, click the More Account Status Changes link
- The current status of the account appears, along with the Transaction (Payment) History
